Dakea Better are a classical, centre-pivot roof window at its best. With an exceptional glazing, they ensure an excellent energy conservation performance, safety and comfort.
Dakea Better stands out for its glazing. It is equipped with a new Thermostat feature - double low emission coating that reflects heat back into the room and which means thermal transmittance of 1,3 W/m2K. Thanks to the new Thermostat, heating is more efficient and energy bills are lower. In addition, the internal pane is laminated, for added safety in case of glass breakage. Together with the toughened outer pane that protects against impact from outside, they provide complete safety.
For added comfort, Dakea Better also has a ventilation valve and a handle with two additional locking positions for flexible ventilation control. The solid wooden frame has 2 coats of lacquer and comes in 2 colours: natural wood and white.
Dakea Better are covered by up to 20 year guarantee.
Construction
Standard frame, laminated pine wood, from FSC certified northern forests (wood of excellent density and increased durability), kiln-dried wooden raw material, careful defect dropout, finger joining and milling, anti-fungicide, anti-insect protection, double layer of water-based lacquer.
Ventilation
2 passive ventilation positions via handle. Sash ventilated at closed position, up to 5200mm2 equivalent area, up to 35m3/h airflow (at 10 Pa).
