It means we have an established team of roofing professionals working within Kavanagh Roofing’s own systems, standards and procedures — rather than relying entirely on an ever-changing pool of subcontract labour. Our employed workforce is trained to at least Level 2 NVQ and is CSCS carded for working at heights. For developers, main contractors and site managers, this provides an experienced roofing team that understands the demands of working within an active construction environment.
